Sheri Renee (Brown) Barnett

     Sheri Renee (Brown) Barnett, age 41, a resident of Creal Springs, Illinois passed away at 7:05 AM, Friday, May 27, 2022 in her mother’s home in Shawneetown, Illinois.

     Sheri was born July 25, 1980 in Harrisburg. She was the daughter of Della Simmons and Arlie Leonberger. Sheri graduated from beauty school at S.I.C and she loved singing karaoke with her sister, best friend Crystal Smith and many other friends. She was loved by many.

     She is survived by her mother, Della (Bob) Simmons of Shawneetown, two daughters, Ashley (Cody) and Miley Lauderdale of Creal Springs; a brother, James L. Brown and sister, Traci (Frank) Throgmorton; step brother, Bobby Simmons and a step sister Angela (Scott) Brown, and many nieces and nephews.

     Sheri was preceded in death by her beloved son, Hunter Odell Lauderdale; brother Danny Brown, and her father Arlie “Pee-wee” Leonberger.

     A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Reed Funeral Chapel to help offset final expenses.
