Sandra Kay (Kilburn) Morgan

      Sandra Kay Morgan, age 79, of Harrisburg, passed away at 5:30 AM, Saturday, September 18, 2021 at her residence in Harrisburg,.

      Sandy was born on February 25, 1942, in Harrisburg, to the late Earl Bill and Lillian (Wallace) Kilburn.  On January 1, 1959 she married Charles Wayne Morgan and he survives in Harrisburg.  Sandy was a member of First Baptist Church in Harrisburg.  She enjoyed charity work, such as cooking at local soup kitchens.  Sandy was a people person, and had never met a stranger.

      In addition to her husband Charles, Sandy is survived by her daughter, Stefanie Morgan of Springfield, Illinois; three grandchildren, Phillip Morgan of  Harrisburg, Illinois, Tyler Morgan of Harrisburg, Illinois, and Savannah Morgan of Springfield, Illinois; three great grandchildren, Dante Morgan, Ariya Morgan and Rainlee Morgan.

      Private funeral services were held at 4 PM, Monday, September 20, 2021 at Reed Funeral Chapel.  Rev. Barry Bascom officiated and burial followed in Sunset Lawn Cemetery.
