Richard George Hageman

     Richard G. Hageman, age 74 of Harrisburg, Illinois passed away at 2:40 AM, Friday, August 8, 2025 at Saline Care Nursing and Rehabilitation.

     Richard was born on March 4, 1951 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Richard Gregory and Rose Marie (Gottlied) Hageman. He was drafted to the U.S. Army during Vietnam War. Served two years and was going to re-enlist until his father passing. Then, Richard requested out to take care of his family. He took care of his family until each one passed. Richard got married young and had three children.

    Richard is survived by his three children, Greg Hageman, Martha Hageman, and Clifford Hageman.

    In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by two sisters, Kathy L. Finley and Mary Hageman.

     Graveside service will be held for Richard G. Hageman at 11 AM, Thursday, August 14, 2025 at Sunset Garden Cemetery in Harrisburg, Illinois. Rev. Dewayne Taylor will officiate. Military honors will be conducted by the United States Army, American Legion, Sons of the American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign War.
