Randall E. Cushist Jr.

     Randall E. Cushist Jr., age 82 of Harrisburg, Illinois passed away at 5:38 AM on Monday, March 30, 2026 at his residence surrounded by his family.

     Randall was born on February 21, 1944 in Harrisburg, Illinois to the late Randall E. and Lila Beth (Stallions) Cushist Sr.  On July 15, 1977 he married Sandra L. Morse and she survives in Harrisburg.  Randall was Baptist by faith, and was baptized at Liberty Baptist Church.  He worked as a Loan Officer for Egyptian State Bank and Harrisburg National Bank.  Randall enjoyed watching all types of sports; but he particularly loved baseball, he was a loyal Cubs fan.

     Randall is survived by his wife, Sandy Cushist of Harrisburg, Illinois; daughter, Tara Cushist of St. Louis, Missouri; sister, Denise Raymer of Normal, Illinois; and niece, Angela Holloway and husband, Tyler of Normal, Illinois.

     In addition to his parents, Randall was preceded in death by his daughter, Christy Cushist and step-mother, Barbara Cushist.

     No services will be held for Randall E. Cushist Jr.
