Paula Jean (Hull) Bailey

     Paula Jean Bailey, age 74 of Eldorado, passed away at 11:15 AM, Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana, with her family by her side.

     Paula was born on March 28, 1951 in Carrier Mills to the late Paul Eugene and Helen (Hurst) Hull, Sr.  On February 20, 1998 she married Norman “Tim” Bailey and he survives in Eldorado.  Paula enjoyed flower gardening.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  Paula thought the world of her children. 

     In addition to her husband, Paula is survived by her son, Ron Wesley of Eldorado; son, Michael Wesley and fiancée Ruby Schoen of Marshall, Missouri; son, Steven Wesley and wife Tosha of Fordsville, Kentucky; Tim’s son Eric Bailey of Melbourn, Florida; six grandchildren, one great grandchild; brother, Ronald Eugene Hull and wife Lisa of West Frankfort; sister, Debbie Hull Austin and husband Vincent of Carbon Springs, Florida; sister, Lori Hull Brown of Harrisburg; brother, Paul Eugene Hull, Jr. and fiancée Keya Foster of Harrisburg; and several nieces and nephews.

     Paula was preceded in death by her parents; son, Adam Lash; brother, John Bramlett; step-mother, Phyllis Hull and brother-in-law, Tom Brown.

     A Celebration of Life for Paula Jean Bailey will be held from 11 AM to 5 PM, Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Karel Park, 555 Karel Park Road, Eldorado, Illinois.
