Patricia Louise (Aldridge) Cook

     Patricia Louise Cook, age 84 of Harrisburg, passed away at 11:03 AM, Sunday, May 25, 2025 at St. Vincent Ascension Evansville Hospital.

     Patricia was born on June 17, 1940 in Harrisburg to George and Mabel (Killman) Aldridge.  She was a member of River of Life United Pentecostal Church in Harrisburg.  Patricia retired from International Harvester where she worked as a Quality Control Inspecter for many years. She loved crocheting and quilting.  Patricia also enjoyed traveling and taking cruises.  She loved her kids; her family was her life.  Patricia was an awesome mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

     Patricia is survived by her son, Carl Cook and Tammy Boots of Decatur, Illinois; daughter, Robin Cook of Harrisburg; step-son, Felix Palacio of Chicago, Illinois; one grandchild, Phantom-Trent “P.T.” Cook and wife Ashley of Melrose Park, Illinois; three great-grandchildren, Lillian Marie Cook of Northlake, Illinois; Nikolas Vasquez of Melrose Park, Illinois; Phantom-Jack Cook of Melrose Park; Illinois; brother, Harry Aldridge of Cowpens, South Carolina; brother, Richard Aldridge of Newport News, Virginia; niece, Shawn Schnieder, nephew, Bryon Aldridge; and niece, Jeanine McMichael.

     Patricia was preceded in death by her father, George Aldridge and mother, Mabel Pena.

     Funeral services for Patricia Louise Cook will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Stricklin Funeral Home.  Pastor Bobby Gentry will officiate and burial will follow in Spring Valley Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 12 PM to 2 PM, Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Stricklin Funeral Home.
