Mary Ruth (Carter) Sivok

     Mary Ruth Sivok, age 79, of Harrisburg, passed away at 12:00 AM, Wednesday, November 11, 2021 at Harrisburg Medical Center in Harrisburg.

     Mary Ruth was born on September 13, 1942 in Harrisburg, to the late Henry and Flossie (Goolsby) Carter.  She married Johnie Sivok on April 27, 1961 and he preceded her in death on November 13, 2000. Mary Ruth liked Beagles and was Baptist by faith.

     Mary Ruth is survived by three sons, Johnie Sivok, Jr. and wife, Marlene of Harrisburg; son, David Sivok and wife, Bobbie of Harrisburg; son, Dennis Sivok of Harrisburg; brother, Charles Carter of Evansville, Indiana; brother, Roger Carter of Evansville, Indiana; three sisters, Alice, Barbara Ann and Helen June; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

     In addition to her husband, Johnie Sivok, Mary Ruth was preceded in death her parents and brother, Bobby Carter.      

      There will be no services.
