Linda Kay (Murphy) Ehrenhart

    Linda Kay Ehrenhart, age 74, of Harrisburg, passed away at 9:55 PM, Sunday, December 11,

2022, at Harrisburg Medical center.  

    Linda was born on January 12, 1948 in Eldorado, to the late Marshall and Helen (Rollman) Murphy.  Linda was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Carrier Mills. Linda was an avid reader, enjoyed knitting and was a hardworking and wonderful mother. She was a sweet and quiet soul that loved her family. One of her favorite past times was watching HGTV.

    Linda is survived by a daughter, Deanna Tromburg and husband Brian of Casper, Wyoming: son, Jeff Ehrenhart and wife Tricia of Casper, Wyoming: two grandchildren, Paige Ehrenhart and Noah Ehrenhart of Casper, Wyoming: brother, Gary Murphy and wife Dina of Ridgway, Illinois: sister, Donna Drone and husband Russell of Carrier Mills, Illinois: nieces, Crystal Denny of Harrisburg, Illinois and Shaun Murphy of Shawneetown, Illinois: nephews, Chad Murphy and wife Carla of Shawneetown, Illinois and Melanie Murphy of Ridgway, Illinois.   

    Visitation will be held from 12 PM to 1 PM, Friday December 16, 2022 at Stricklin Funeral Home in Harrisburg. Funeral services will follow at 1PM, and Rev. Ryan Beck will officiate and burial will follow in Jackson Cemetery in Ridgway. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to 4C’s and envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
