Jessica Dawn (Hale) Hayden

     Jessica Dawn (Hale) Hayden, 29 of Carrier Mills, passed away at 2:45 AM, August 6, 2022 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.

     Jessica was born on September 18, 1992 to Michael and Melinda Hale. Jessica’s favorite pastime was spending time with her daughters, and she loved the outdoors. She would help anyone, even at her expense.  Jessica had worked several places but the work she enjoyed the most was being a CNA where she could help people.

     Jessica is survived by two daughters, Jarrah Marie Hale of Shawneetown and Makayla Nicole Hayden of Johnston City; her parents, Michael Hale of Harrisburg, and Melinda Shelton and her husband Dennis of Carrier Mills; brothers, Dustin Hale and wife Melissa of Anna; and Chance Hale of Harrisburg, and her sister, Megan Hale of Harrisburg.

     Jessica was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, James and LaVerne Hale; her maternal grandparents, Morris and Delores Teal, and three uncles, Steve Wentz, Willie Wentz, and Dean Hale.

     Memorial services for Jessica Dawn (Hale) Hayden will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at the Carrier Mills Tabernacle; Rev. Harold Miller will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1 PM to 2 PM, Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at the Carrier Mills Tabernacle. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help offset final expenses; envelopes will be available at the church.
