Cindy Deneice (Williams) Potts

     Cindy Deneice Potts, 51 of Harrisburg, passed away at 10:12 PM, Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.

     Cindy was born on June 26, 1972 in Harrisburg to the late Curtis Dean and Marilyn Kay (Blackman) Williams. She was an exterior painter.

     Cindy is survived by a son, Devan Braxtan Potts of Galatia; daughter, Kaylin Marie Potts of Galatia; four grandchildren, Jaylin G. Pyle, Jaradyn G. Pyle, Jaxyn G. Pyle and Devan G. Potts; sister LaDonna Kay Field and husband Billy of Galatia; and Jessica Renea Weatherington and husband Kyle of Vincennes, Indiana.

     In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by a son, Garet Kraig Williams, and grandson, Jordyn G. Pyle.

     Funeral services will be held at 12 PM, Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Stricklin Funeral Home in Harrisburg. Rev. Harl Cockrum will officiate. Visitation will be held from 11 AM to 12 PM, Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Stricklin Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Stricklin Funeral Home to offset burial expenses.
