Carolyn Jean (Stacey) Pumphrey

     Carolyn Jean Pumphrey, 61, of Harrisburg passed away at her residence on November 8, 2024.
     Carol was the daughter of Hirom and Lena Stacey. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who enjoyed hanging with those closest to her and spending time with her dog, Sassy. She was a very proud member of the LGBTQ community and a lifelong member in the softball community.
     Carol is survived by her daughter Stephanie (Doug) Nugent of Enfield, grandchildren, Erica (Logan) Pezzoni of Eldorado and Ethan Mitchell of Eldorado, great grandchildren, Denali Pezzoni, brother, Mike Stacey and wife Pat of Harrisburg, brother, Don Stacey and wife Monique of Florida; and several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
     Carol was preceded in death by her life partner, Penny Gentry, parents, brother Doug Stacey, and sister Patricia Stacey.
     The family will be having a celebration of life in Carol’s memory on November 30, 2024 at 1pm at the Harrisburg Park and Carolyn Ellison will officiate.
