Bryant DeNeal Halter

     Bryant DeNeal Halter, age 46 of Kokomo, Indiana passed away at 4:31 PM, on September 6, 2025 at his residence.

     Bryant was born on February 18, 1979 to Thomas L. Halter Sr. and Debra (Coseboon) Halter in Harrisburg, Illinois. He served his country in the United States Army during Iraq. Bryant earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Southern Illinois University. He worked at Norge in West Frankfort then later as a fork truck driver for Toyota. He also sold used cars for Ford in Evansville. Bryant loved sports, especially baseball. He was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and attended many of their games.

     In addition to his parents, Bryant is survived by his son, Noah Halter of Evansville, Indiana; brother, Thomas L. Halter Jr. and wife Alyssa of Kokomo, Indiana; brother, Joey Halter of Harrisburg, Illinois; sister, Jennifer Halter-Smith and husband Josh of Kokomo, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.

     Bryant is preceded in death by his grandparents, Wayne and Janice Coseboon and Earl and Lucille Halter.

     Graveside services for Bryant DeNeal Halter will be held at 1 PM, Friday, September 12, 2025 at Sunset Lawn Cemetery in Harrisburg, Illinois. Rev. Dewayne Taylor will officiate. Military honors will be conducted by the United States Army, American Legion, Sons of the American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign War. Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project and will be received at the cemetery.
