Brenda Grathler Obituary

Brenda Kay Grather, 54 of Harrisburg, passed away at 1:15 AM, Sunday, February 6, 2022 at her residence in Harrisburg.

Brenda was born on October 13, 1967, in Saline County to the late Samuel and Phyllis (Gibbons) Grathler. Brenda worked for Coleman Tri-County Services since May 10, 2004 and had lived in the Longley Street Cila House since 2014. Brenda enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics.

Brenda is survived by six siblings, Lisa “Fannie” Buchanan and husband Lee of Wentzville, Missouri; Troy “Troy Boy” Lee Grathler and wife Peggy of Harrisburg; Roy “Fred” Lee Grathler and wife Marie of Murphysboro; Jeff “Bodine” Grathler and wife Wanda of Creal Springs; Steve “Ears” Grathler and wife Karla of Murphysboro; and Sandy “Chubs” “Plundy” Call of Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by brothers, Robert Noell and Sammie Grathler, Jr. and a nephew Nolan Roy Grathler.
